Terms of Use — MLS Data Access (Buyer Portal)

These Terms of Use govern your registered access to Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) data — including sold and off-market listing information — through the At Home Real Estate buyer portal on athomevi.com (a Virtual Office Website, or “VOW”). By checking the “I agree” box during registration, you agree to the following:

  1. Broker relationship. You acknowledge that you have entered into a lawful consumer–broker relationship with At Home Real Estate, LLC, and that you have a bona fide interest in the purchase or sale of real estate. This registration does not create an exclusive agency relationship or obligate you to use our services.
  2. Personal, non-commercial use. All MLS data made available to you is for your personal, non-commercial use solely in connection with your consideration of real estate. You will not use it for any commercial purpose, including resale, redistribution, or analysis for parties other than yourself.
  3. No redistribution. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, scrape, or otherwise harvest any of the MLS data, in whole or in part, nor make it available to any third party.
  4. Ownership. The MLS data is owned by the St John Board of Realtors MLS and/or its participants and is protected by copyright. You acquire no ownership rights by accessing it.
  5. Accuracy. Information is deemed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed. Prospective buyers should verify all information independently.
  6. Registration information. You agree that the name and email address you provide are true and accurate, and that we may send you a confirmation email of this agreement.
  7. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your portal access at any time for any violation of these terms or as required by the MLS.
  8. Privacy. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Information displayed on this website for listings other than those of the website owner is displayed with permission of the ST. JOHN BOARD OF REALTORS Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Real estate listings held by brokerage firms other than the owner of this site are marked with the Broker Reciprocity logo. This website may not display the entire ST. JOHN BOARD OF REALTORS MLS active database, as some MLS participants may not have given permission for their listings to be displayed. The materials contained within this page may not be reproduced without the express consent of the owner of this site.
