Theresa M. Sim – Bringing Dreams to Life in the Virgin Islands
At Homve VI is the creation of one woman’s dreams, that came true. Theresa M. Sim, the founder of “At Home VI”, came to visit in 2008 and has since made St. John her home. She brought her stateside cleaning company to the island, and it naturally grew from cleaning to maintenance, maintenance to property management, and property management to real estate.
Theresa understands the logistics of “island time” aims to provide a reliable partnership for everything “home” related in the Virgin Islands. Although At Home VI is a newly branded company, her last few decades in the industry fuel the brand. She possesses a comprehensive knowledge that covers home renovations, design, management, rentals, and sales. You will often see her working with her staff on the various properties she manages and sells.
In her free time she offers volunteer dog training in hopes more people will foster and adopt, advocates for the Pets with Wings Program and takes time each day to swim and hike with her rescue dogs. She finds no greater joy than helping her clients find Their Home in the Virgin Islands, for a night or forever.
